Don't forget Parts are in some ways only a metaphor. A useful and efficient
one but a metaphor. Different levels of consciousness allow us to access
different states and different memories. Drugs are a mean to shift our
level of consciousness and what is triggered by such an external mean
can also be accessed by your own.

In a few words, let me say that you can directly access your stoned states
without any pot just learning how to manage your kinesthetic states.
Your brain already knows the way.

If you are interested in doing that, you'll find the whole process
described by Connirae and Steve Andreas in :

* Chapter 10 of Change your Mind and Keep the Change (Connirae and Steve
ANDREAS) 1987 Real People Press ISBN 0-911226-29-X
Accessing Kinesthetic States : accessing drug states.

It is a process developped by Richard Bandler and he is still using it
to induce medical drugs states as pain killers. And we are using it
to access the Addictive Part and people are actually high or drunk
without any substance (!!)

Be well.
