I am from Brazil and new in this list, so forgive my English. : ). I am a
therapist, I work with the I Ching and some PNL techniques. I am trying to
be a no smoker for more 5 years now. I have being with good PNL therapist
(in Brazil), I did laser acunpuncture, some strong subliminal Russian
techniques. After 30 years as a student of the I Ching and a Inner Alchemy
practice I consider myself as someone with a spiritual goal. People who
treat me from my habit of smoking told me that the reasons of my smoking is
a spiritual one and very difficult to resolve. I read this piece of post
here and I became very interest in CT and aligned self strategy. Could you
please tell me where I can get more information about it? Has this list a
file where I can read the past post?
About my habit of smoking my instructor of Inner Alchemy, (a millenary
technique of transforming sexual energy in spiritual force), told me that I
need fire in my lungs that is why I smoke and this hobbit will cease
naturally when I get enough fire through the practices I am doing. Fire
(yang) means a hot energy that circulate in our body. The PNL therapist had
used the timeline and the Switch (is this the name?) strategy and it didn't
work. Someone here could talk about this, please?
