I found this particularly interesting because I have been asked to
become involved in writing a scrip for a video for youngsters. It
would hopefully be used to help them understand more about how their
mind works and to develop strategies to cope with negative feelings
this could be for 8-11 year olds.
It is a bit off the subject of addiction, but hopefully with be
useful to help avoid or prevent addiction occuring. Any comments
would be useful.
