Most of them, I wouldn't say all of them.

Yes but even if we ask people to send us postcards to tell us how
they are living, 1 month after, 3 month after, 6 month after and
once a year, some of them did it and others not.

We begun doing this course 3 years ago and we are since in contact
with some of the first course participants.

We claim more than 50 % of success rate 2 years after. In fact we do know
that at least 50 % of people are not considered as addicted anymore.
We haven't been succesful with 30% of them and we don't know for the rest.

I do actually think that most of us could become alcoholic or addicted. Let's
say you have been living in Bosnia and you saw soldiers raping your wife, your
daughter, killing the rest of your familly, beating you for hours and so...
Now delete completely this picture from your mind ( !! ;-) ). Such events
can drive almost anybody to madness or addiction, so I wouldn't assume
that any of our participants would stay abstinent for the rest of his life.
Regarding to drugs, I think that the success rate is closely related to
the government policy. Here in France drug addicted are considered as
delinquents so we have to deal with their addiction plus with the
police, the justice, their creditors and more as most of heroin
addicted are here HIV positive. So I wouldn't claim anything with drugs.
