To be honest, I do not have the slightest idea what EMDR is! Please can
somebody give a short explanation about it, thanks.
On the other hand, there are some technics involved with physikal movemnt of
the eyes, guided by an external person. There are lot of technics described in
differend books about Kineseolgy.

Personaly, I also get some experience with guided eye movements during a
training with NLP comprehensive in Colorado. There have been some nice
outcomes, ranging from no or low impact to real strong impact. We did no
research about it.
My personel favorite, is the lazy eight, sign for infinity. You just instruct
your fellow, to follow the movementof your hand with his/her eyes. And only
with the eyes! importnat is a smooth movement of the hand and the eyes. If
there are some glitches, o!
ther distortion of the movment of the eyes, just guide them to small circles
around the glitch, like an eraser, until the movement is steady.
Don't ask me, how it works, just try it.
On the other hand, most people involved in NLP 'believes' in a strong relation
between eye movment and internal state, like VAKOG.
An other good exercise is to guide the eyes top left to top right (visual), mid
left to mid right (auditiv) and down left to down right (kinestetic and auditiv
internal) point movement, circles and lazy eight. So connecting differnt kind
of experiene, i!
nvolve all sytems and change the perspective. Some people believe,....
Many body workers 'belive' in stored feelings and experiences in your skin,
facial l system or other parts of you body.
Other people believe, if cure the body, you also cure the mind and visa
versa,....

Since I like things like massage, touching people, Feldenkrais, Reiki and NLP
(body mind and spirit), I just combine them with some visualitions and enjoy
the result.

Sorry my palmtop doesn't have a spell checker, and obvious I am not a native
speaker. So please be patient about my grammar, thanks.
