EMDR, REM & crossover movements
Michael,
>>Robert Dilts did an impressive demonstration which looked like EMDR
even though he didn't call it that (it was before I had heard of EMDR).
I guess my question is how you think EMDR is different from NLP?<<
With certain techniques you get spontaneous REM. One of them is integration of
anchors, for instance VK-squash, especially when the subject is in some kind of
trance. It often produces REM and other involuntary reactions. To my experience
it is one of the indicators that 'it will stick'.
Last week Greg Wormald described a NASA technique (I don't know it's actual
name) which uses a lot of left-right crossover-coordinated movements and which
also 'deletes' a link. (from any representation to any K, as I understand or
suspect will be the case)
Any more observations on this?
Kind Regards,
Rene Duba
