Greetings from the land of crime
I've been following the posts on EMDR and have read someone
suggesting this before as a means of helping depression.
What seems interesting to me is that eye accessing cues are used a lot
in NLP to find out a wealth of information. If I'm not mistaken I
read somewhere that if you find out how a person accesses visual
memories and lead their eyes to a very different position they
should struggle to answer a similar visual question.
Now if you get them to run through an experience and continually
disrupt their visual patterns it should lead to a whole different
pattern of representing that memory much the same way as the pattern
interupts discussed in some of the NLP books.
I was just wondering how effective using EMDR, Fast Phobia techniques
and pattern interupts simultaneously would be?
Regards
Roger
