Don A. Blackerby PhD wrote 2 articles about ADD in the NLP journal "Anchor
Point" - Oct 95 and Dec 94.
A book that presents a number of strategies for dealing with an ADD child is
"You & your ADD child" by Ian Wallace published in 1996 by Harper Collins
in Australia - ISBN 0 7322 5686 0.
It is not an NLP book, but does occasionally use the presupposition that
different children have different sensory-based learning styles.
On the Internet side try these starting points:
news:alt.support.attn-deficit
http://www.chadd.org/
Also IRC, CompuServe, AOL and Prodigy all have ADD forums.
