As we are thinking about this ADD thing, it might be ineteresting to note
that there are frontally located stage 1 sleep brain waves in individuals
that seem to be a marker for this disorder. This may be a question of
strategy, and it is a question of phisiology. When the phisiology gets
straighted out in my experience the strategies tend to show up without a
lot of coaxing.
