Dennis,

        I've checked my politically correct dictionary and the term that can
be used without labelling for one with ADD is attention deficit disordered
child, or concentratively challenged.

Other politically correct terms that may interest some are :

Alcoholic - person of differing sobriety, chemically inconvienced

Drug addict -   pharmacologically challenged

Addiction - pharmacological preference
