It seems to me that I can stop my internal dialogue by just stopping it as
one of you said. When I do, it seems like I have to breathe on purpose.
That is, when I don't let words form, I also tend to stop breathing too. I
guess I have to do any action then by intention. The breathing just seems
most important.
I've been reading about mindfullness meditation. I read you should say to
yourself:
"I am doing such and such now." Wouldn't it be better to just perceive and
not "say" anything about it?
Any thoughts?
