From my experience, some people find it very difficult to stop
internal dialogue because, for those, it can often be found in
other eye accessing cue positions - ie VC or VR or K or AC
or AR or central front.
I've found that when it is re-organised to the appropriate sector of the
eyemap, it usually diminishes, unless there is secondary gain, or unless
it is a function of a manic depressive type state which has its own
eyemap organisation.
