Every know and then I'm allowed to lecture to our 1st-year student
teachers (to keep my licence current :-) They have this special
experience to look forward to on Monday morning.
This seduces (I seduce myself :-( me into bouts of purple prose - a
tendency to wank on esoterically!
After watching a bunch of pollies in a panel discussion on education,
and thinking about the class and how I might approach it I've found myself
pondering T-shirt designs (Linear thinking has never been my strong
point - maybe my strong point is non-linear thinking! :-):
"If you want your children to be stupid"
(reverse) "Teach them to think like you!"
I'm not sure that that's the way Uncle Miltie would have done it.
"If you were a child again"
"What would you want - more than anything else?"
?
I need to put in a bit more time on my alignment process!
Any insights about the T-shirt messages?
