Dear Wayne,
There is documentation, like that of Rose, Jensen, Lozanov, even
Dilts.
Some is fairly effective, little is rapid and none are easy. I have a
professional interest in this topic, please let me know of any
experiences you have.
You might try a couple of exercises from my modest web page
<http://www.xtec.es/~jmaguire> , but I promise nothing though I have
witnessed surprising results with adolescents.
