 you are no doubt aware that Moshe Feldenkrais was particularly
vocal about the way we as a species have nominalised the notion of
"posture"  - according to Moshe posture is a always a fluid and dynamic
state and is dependent upon intent.... he postulated that there is no
"ideal" posture - but an attitude reflecting the intention towards
movement or the potential for movement....

yes I'm busy picking nits...but hey I'm enjoying it!!
