Image Streaming format

Due to request, a posting of instructions I've sent privately to others:

Image Streaming is simple, with three basic "rules":

 1. Describe, out loud, to either another person or a tape recorder, the
images you see when you close your eyes. While you may have to "fake it" or
"force" the images to start, eventually they take on a life of their own,
with you simply reporting what you see as they flow on. It's very important
that you describe these OUT LOUD to an external party! (a person is best, in
my experience, but a tape recorder will do) (working with a partner helped
me get going Image Streaming- now I IS daily using my mini recorder)

WHENEVER SOMEONE SAYS THEY "TRIED IMAGE STREAMING AND IT DIDN'T WORK" FOR
THEM, THIS IS THE STEP THEY invariably MISSED- that of actually describing
their perceptions OUT LOUD!

Sorry for hollering- just wanted to be clear on that one!

 2. Describe the images in the present tense.. as in.."I see a large sailing
ship on the ocean, with its sails fully unfurled and full of wind. The smell
of the salt water is in the air as I ..."

 3. Describe the images in as sensory rich a detail as possible. Notice the
sights, smells, sounds and feelings and describe these so vividly that your
listener can experience the same things, too.

The technique is based on the first Law of psychology: You get more of
whatever you focus on or reinforce. By using Image Streaming, you're
training yourself to be more observant/ perceptive, and thus bringing
"online" to your conscious awareness more of the millions of perceptions your
mind has/is taking in.

Win claims the technique can be used for creative problem solving, with your
mind giving you the best available answer (at that moment) through the Image
Stream content.

The book to use for Image Streaming, and A LOT more is "The Einstein Factor"
by Richard Poe and Win Wenger. Definetly mentally subversive
stuff...teaching people to better use their minds!! ;) My synapse's still
IGNITE with mental fires when I consider the depth of the material in this
simply written, easy to understand and challenging to use book.
