submodality games

was in the bath in that peculiar state of half awake, half asleep

possibly a different frequency of brain wave activity

anyhow

my life's in a bit of a turmoil at the moment and I'm running through
a lot of stuff, perhaps my brain was processing

anyhow, suddenly there is a character there, that i perceive as my
partner

she says

"you are supposed to know about NLP, how can you make yourself less
stressed?"

and I am transposed into a room where I am reading a book, and the
book is all about this stress in my life

so I closed the book and put it aside

pages, the incidents that are distrubing me, stress perception rises
dramatically

so I closed the book and put it aside again

once again 95% relief

gradually I regained what I perceive as normal conscious state

and was, and remain, much more relaxed about what was specifically
stressing me, or should I say - that I was stressing myself with

perhaps this was some kind of variation on a sliding internal anchor

(the sight and feel of the book opening and closing)

also a disasociation to some degree that's fer sure
