Wayne Dyer, in his later books, talks about the "you" that is us.
Who are we?
We have a body. It is our possession. That's why we say "MY body".
We have a mind. It is our possession. That's why we say "My mind."
If both the mind and the body are YOUR possessions, then who are YOU?
YOU, according to Dyer, are someone he calls THE WITNESS. The WITNESS
is the real you that is eternal and sees and knows everything that is
going on in your (witness)'s mind and body. Some have called this YOU
the soul. It is the real you and you can tap into it to help your mind
and body. You can call upon it to help you; call upon it to help it's
parts and possessions. Is this not similar to what is done in NLP?
